1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the je666 online gaming platform ("Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on je666, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your location.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. je666 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data, but you must take reasonable steps to secure your own credentials.

• Notify je666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• je666 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain bonus offers. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or proof of address.
• Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld until satisfactory documentation is provided.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

je666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. All transactions are conducted in BDT and displayed using the ৳ currency symbol throughout the platform.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must meet the stated rollover before any withdrawal is processed. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual offer.

je666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je666 disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, data, revenue, or profit arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party system failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if je666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any activity on the je666 Platform that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated bots or scripts; engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions; harassing or threatening other platform users; impersonating je666 staff or representatives; and attempting to access restricted platform systems or other users' accounts.

je666 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate, suspend, or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities. All associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the je666Platform, je666 encourages resolution through direct contact with our customer support team. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the appropriate legal channels available to Bangladeshi residents.

je666 makes every effort to resolve player complaints promptly and fairly. Players who believe their complaint has not been handled appropriately may submit a formal written complaint to our support address at [email protected]. All formal complaints will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

12. Amendments & Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and je666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. je666's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
